well i finally picked my prize from T.C.Koi for winning their grow and show the other year. Its taken a while as the competition was judged by the breeders at " Miyako Koi Farm" and the certificate and trophy finally wound their way to the uk.

However i'm pleased as i've never seen my name written in Japanese before and its kinda cool.

Thanks to everyone at T.C.Koi i enjoyed this one. and no doubt you'll all see my mug shot in the magazines again over the next few months.#

He looks like a very nice Shiro like i said before when i saw the pictures of the G&S i picked him out as my choice without know he was yours .

Congratulation Pondy! A very nice looking Shiro you've got there .. you'll have to take up woodwork classes so you can build yourself a trophy cabinet if they all end up that size.

Ash, not had the shiro out yet to ascertain wether its changed much or for that matter how much its grown, mostly because the covers are still on. However if your interested i'll photo him when they come off and i'll put an update on here.

Dorie, In Japan when they win major comp's they get bags of Rice and a trophy. Si donated my pearl barley to the shiro to share with its mates
